Great Cranberry Smoothie
Ingredients :
- 50mls cranberry juice
- 175g mixed frozen berries
- 125g low fat strawberry yogurt
- 50mls pure apple juice
Preparation :
To make this quick free fruit smoothie recipe, add the pure apple juice and cranberry juice to the blender first, followed by the yogurt, then the berries. Blend away for around 40 seconds. Note: if you put the berries in first the fruits get stuck under the blades.
