Blended Coconut Milk and Pineapple Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 pineapple
- 100ml white rum
- 300ml fresh coconut milk
- large handful crushed ice
Preparation :
- Top and tail the pineapple and cut away the skin. Cut away the flesh from the core and whiz in a blender. This should produce about 600ml of juice.
- Place the ice and rum in a cocktail shaker along with the fem and 300ml of the pineapple juice.
- Shake, pour - and drink immediately !
