Blender Juicer
A blender juicer is a kitchen appliance that is used to extract juice from different kinds of fruits and vegetables. It mechanically separates the juice from the pulp of fruits, which is usually discarded. In this way, the juicer blender differs from the ordinary household variant as the regular blender only liquefies the fruit – mixing the juice with the pulp, rather than separate them.
A blender juicer is usually operated using electricity. It has three types: the masticating juicer, which squeezes the juice out, the centrifugal juicer, which separate juice from the pulp with the use of blades, and the triturating juicer, which has two gears that crushes the fruit then presses it for extraction.
There is also another kind, which is operated manually: the citrus juicer. As the name might imply though, it can only extract juice from citrus fruits such as lemons, grapefruits, and oranges.
