Banana Berry Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients :
- 5 oz plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh Blackberries
- 1 small banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Ice
Preparation :
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice until you reached your desired consistency.
